  • Items can be sold in person at our Romford office or via our fully insured postal service.
  • We reserve the right to decline any items that are counterfeit, stolen, or do not meet our buying criteria.
  • By sending items through our postal service, you agree to use the insured packaging provided or recommended by us.

4. Payments

  • Payments are made via same-day bank transfer or cash (where applicable).
  • Once payment is issued and accepted, the transaction is considered final and items become the property of RomfordGold.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party banks or payment providers.

5. Shipping & Liability

  • All items sent through our postal service are covered by insurance up to the agreed amount.
  • RomfordGold is not responsible for items lost or damaged if incorrect packaging or unauthorized courier services are used.
